My top 6 reason's why exercise is the greatest 'pick me up' when you are feeling down!


1) Stimulate's Happy Chemicals: Exercise stimulates dopamine production in your brain and it is this neurotransmitter that's largely responsible for the feeling of happiness. So if you're feeling a bit low, get up and get moving to get that dopamine pumping.


2) Energizes You: Yes you read that correctly, even after a long day when you're feeling tired. You will be surprised just how energized you will actually feel if you can just squeeze a quick workout into your day.


3) Relives Stress: Feeling stressed? Exercise is a super way to relive stress and tension both from your muscles and mind! It always give me time to work out the situation while breaking a sweat!
