GET FIT Tullamore provides a range of classes suitable for beginners through to professional athletes, all workouts are adjusted to the members level of comfort. Classes can be accessed on a membership or pay as you go basis, and are booked through Booksy.

Boxercise

Boxercise is a circuit style training based on the training activities of boxers. 

Boxercise is popular with beginners are it requires no previous athletic experience, the classes are adaptable to all levels of fitness. In class we work on the hand and footwork of boxers, and a combination of both which ensures a full body workout.

Boxercise provides a great cardio workout, increased calorie burning, improved hand-eye coordination and helps reduce stress and anxiety.

Circuit Training

Circuit Training is a conditioning training method based on a combination of 5 or more moves for a set interval with short rest periods in between intervals.

Circuit Training is popular with intermediate levels as it is a high intensity workout that focuses on improving cardiovascular and muscular fitness, the classes are adaptable to all levels of fitness.

Circuit Training is a time efficient workout, helps improve cardiovascular health, improves muscle tone, and is fast paced so beats boredom.

Crosstraining

Crosstraining is a high intensity training method that works on strength and conditioning with an aim to improve overall athletic performance. 

Crosstraining is popular with intermediate to advance levels as it is based on a interval training of a combination of functional movements through a workout of the day (WOD).

Crosstraining is fantastic for improving physical fitness, improving aerobic fitness, increased calorie burning, and improves flexibility and agility.

Kettlebell (HIIT) Training

Kettlebell training is a ballistics form of training that works on endurance, strength and cardio improvement in order to improve overall fitness.

Kettlebells is popular with all fitness levels as kettlebell weights are varied from 1kg to 20kg, and HIIT movements are adaptable to all levels and abilities.

Kettlebell training is focused on improving overall endurance, cardio, increasing strength, developing agility, improving balance and coordination.

Suspension Training

Suspension Training is form of training that works on bodyweight simply uses a system of straps to support movements and allows the person training to work against their own body weight. 

Suspension Training offers a full body workout, and it is popular with all fitness levels as movements can be easily adjusted to suit the members fitness level and abilities. 

Suspension Training works to improve strength, increase balance, super power your flexibility, and focuses on developing your core and joint stability.
